With a recovering market of real estate in South Florida, buyers from around the World are lining up to be the first to preview and acquire Miami’s new luxury condominiums. Until recently the way to find complete information on pre-construction towers and projects was scarce, and somewhat tiresome process. Not anymore – there has been launched a new real estate tool that allows for identifying, searching, and monitoring pre-construction condo developments. Cranespotter provides real estate Realtors and buyers with access to interactive 3D map of all new constructions in the area of interest, as well as detailed real time information on progress, details of the tower/condominium, its features, amenities, floor plans and so much more, a database of around 160 pre-constructed condos in South Florida.

How the system works?

The founders of the tool developed it the best possible way to spot and bring into light preliminary information on all new projects from both public records and other sources of information that makes the search for the most up-to-date construction information successful. It’s a groundbreaking concept, a clearing house for South Florida condo market, by the words of Peter Zalewski, founder of the system.

Real estate professionals warmly greeted opening of the Cranespotter project, saying that it allows a Realtor to become an expert in pre-construction market, in addition to all existing information on existing housing inventory, further boosting ability to serve the Buyers better.

Among many exciting features the system boasts of an innovative 3D map where new development project sites are represented with icons. Once clicking on a condo icon, it opens in an information box to display all the details, e.g. number of floors, towers, and units. Miami Board of Realtors members get special subscription to the tool and are able to share with their customers detailed condominium information on pricing, availability, floor plans, and customized reports.
